Kara attended Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA to become an LMT in 2021.
Kara introduces a very relaxing but therapeutic massage to the body by combining Swedish and deep tissue techniques. While utilizing trigger point therapy, hot stones and a wide array of relaxation techniques, the mind and body will feel a deep sense of relaxation and relief after her massage.
To add to her offerings, Kara has recently completed an Ashiatsu course through Deep Feet Bar Therapy. This type of deep pressure massage is preformed using feet instead of hands. This is very focused and intentional work as the therapist will stand on the table with you and use their body weight to apply deep, slow, continuous pressure. This work helps break up nerve bundles and is extremely lymphatic.

I am a certified Reiki 2 practitioner. Reiki can help reduce your anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and emotional pain. As an empath I feel what others feel on a deep emotional level. My goal is to help my clients clear negative energy, cut cords, and protect and strengthen their auras. In sessions, I may call upon my spirit guides to bring guidance and assistance.
I am also a Holistic life coach specializing in helping people overcome their challenges spiritually, mentally and physically to help create the life they want and dream about. I want to help others realize their full potential, build self-confidence, and find purpose. I take a holistic approach which provides support for the whole person, not just mental health, as through my research I've found support should also be physical, emotional, social and spiritual.
I recently completed my holistic life coaching program and have countless hours of mentorship for training. I've also almost completed all requirements to receive my ACC level coaching accreditation which I hope to acquire in the coming months.
